Affiliate Quick Start Guide
Everything you need to make your first sale — written specifically for ArtGalleryZen partners. Not a partner yet? Join here first.
🏁 Start Here: Your First 15 Minutes
- Log in to your dashboard at affiliates.artgalleryzen.co.
- Copy your referral link. It looks like
artgalleryzen.co/?ref=yourname. Every click is tracked for 30 days. - Find your discount code. Your audience saves at checkout, and the sale is credited to you even if they never clicked your link.
- Install the mobile app — Google Play or iOS — so you can check earnings from your phone.
- Post one thing today. Don’t overthink the first post. Pick a product you genuinely like and share why.
🔥 What Actually Sells
These are our strongest categories by real order volume over the past year. Promoting from this list will convert better than picking at random.
Top performers
- Blind box keychain dolls
- Character phone & AirPods cases
- Phone charms and bag charms
- Advent calendars & countdown sets
- Character bags and umbrellas
Steady sellers
- Dainty necklaces & layered chains
- Beaded and charm bracelets
- Claw clips & hair jewelry
- Earrings and stackable rings
- K-pop photocard holders & fan bags
Insider tip: jewelry and hair accessories are our highest repeat-purchase categories — customers come back and buy the same piece again, often in another colour, or as a gift. If you want commissions that keep coming, build content around those.
Browse the full catalogue or jump straight to blind boxes, character collections, or the newest arrivals.
📱 Where to Post
TikTok
Our strongest channel. Unboxings and blind box reveals do the heavy lifting — the surprise moment is the hook. Keep it under 20 seconds, film in daylight, and put your discount code in the caption and on screen. Link in bio.
Reels for reach, Stories for conversion. Use the link sticker in Stories with your referral link. Flatlays of a full “desk aesthetic” or “accessory stack” outperform single-product shots.
X (Twitter)
Where our top partners live. Quote-tweet trends, post haul threads, reply in fandom conversations. Pin a thread with your code so new followers find it.
Slow burn, long payoff. Pins keep driving traffic months later. Use vertical images, keyword-rich titles like “kawaii desk accessories” or “K-pop gift ideas”, and link the pin directly to the product page with your referral link.
YouTube & Blogs
Gift guides, “10 things under $20”, and haul videos work well. Put your link and code in the description and mention it out loud.
💡 Content That Converts
- Blind box unboxing — the reveal is the entire video. Show the duplicate problem too; it’s relatable.
- Desk or room setup — style 5–8 pieces together and tag each one.
- Gift guides — “for your K-pop friend”, “under $15”, birthday and holiday roundups.
- Before / after styling — plain outfit, then the same outfit with accessories.
- Restock & new arrival alerts — urgency works, especially on limited pieces.
- Collection updates — show your growing collection over time; it builds trust.
🏷️ Using Your Discount Code
Your code is often more powerful than your link, because it works even when someone finds us later on their own. Say it out loud in videos, put it on screen, and repeat it in the caption.
One thing to know: your code gives your audience a discount instead of, not on top of, our site-wide multi-buy promotions. So tell people to use your code at checkout for the best price on smaller orders.
⚠️ What Gets Rejected
Please read this section carefully — these are the only ways to lose a commission you would otherwise have earned.
- Paid search on our brand name. Running Google or Bing ads on “ArtGalleryZen” or similar spellings is not allowed. These orders are rejected automatically, because that traffic was already coming to us.
- Coupon and deal aggregator sites. Submitting your code to coupon directories, cashback portals or browser extensions is not permitted. Traffic from those sources is blocked and will not be credited.
- Your own orders. Self-purchases don’t earn commission.
- Cancelled or refunded orders. Commission is reversed if the customer returns the item.
- Misleading claims. Don’t promise discounts, delivery times or product details we don’t actually offer.
Everything else is fair game. Organic social, email lists, blogs, communities, your own website — all fine.
💸 Getting Paid
- Commissions appear in your dashboard as soon as an order is placed.
- They move to approved once the order is fulfilled and past its return window.
- Request a PayPal payout from your dashboard once you reach the minimum balance.
- Make sure the PayPal email in your profile is correct — that’s where the money goes.
📈 Growing From Here
Once you’ve made your first few sales:
- Check your dashboard weekly. See which links and products convert, then make more of what works.
- Recruit other creators. Share your recruitment link and earn on their sales too — it costs them nothing.
- Post consistently. Partners who post two or three times a week earn far more than those who post once and wait.
- Plan around seasons. Back-to-school, Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s are our biggest windows.
